Product Returns

Fiery Nights Lingerie can only accept product returns for products that are completely unused and within it’s original packaging with original labels still attached. Due to the nature of the products, health & hygiene are of upmost importance to us and our customers. Please note that any products that are returned to us and are found to breach these terms, the customer will be held fully liable for the cost of shipping.
We do offer a full 7-day change of mind refund program, however, this only applies to the above terms and expires seven working and non-working days from notification of delivery. Any returns after this period will only be accepted should a manufacturing fault be found in the product up to a maximum of 30 days from delivery notification.
